We advise that you please read these terms and conditions prior to any purchase of a Publisher Textiles product.

Privacy: all of your personal details that you provide to us, are kept within the property of Publisher Textiles, in terms of your name, address, phone numbers and email address

Pricing: all of our pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and it also includes 10% GST. Publisher Textiles reserves the right to change our prices at our own discretion and without notice.

Payments: Once order is placed, we will send you an invoice:

-We accept all major credit cards, but NOT AMEX

-We accept Direct Deposits (Our Bank Details are attached to our Invoice)

-We DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE

Returns and Exchanges:

Cushions: If you have chosen the wrong colour or size of cushion or you have just simply changed your mind. It can be returned for an exchange or a credit note, which is valid for 3 months from when it was issued. Post and Packaging is not refunded with this credit note and will in turn be an additional cost on top of return.
N.B: The item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions;
1. the item is unused or worn and in brand new condition as when it was first purchased with the label still in tack.
2. A copy of the solid receipt should be included within the return, no photo copy is allowed of the receipt.
3. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of the receipt date.

All of our cushions are checked to the best possible standard before they are put onto our shelves. With detailing on the cushions, colour can vary from cushion to cushion, this is merely the process of hand screen printing and Publisher Textiles does not take responsibility for this if it does occur.

Publisher Textiles Fabric: Our fabric is non-returnable once it has been cut from the roll. If you have bought the whole roll, we can offer an exchange or credit note which is valid for 3months. The fabric roll should be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased. If it is not then there will be not exchange or credit note issued.

Commission Printed Fabric: Before you cut the product that has been printed for you. Check
1. Are you certain this is the correct product and colour?
2. Is it the correct length?

All of our goods are very carefully checked before they are dispatched, however mistakes can occur due to the hand screen printed element, so please check the product carefully before cutting. If there is a problem, discussions will be made in regards to the individual. We regret that once the product has been cut we cannot accept any responsibility.

Wallpaper: We do not offer refunds on our wallpaper. We want to provide a product to the best possible quality and this is all very carefully checked before we dispatch. Please double check that the wallpaper is the correct colour and design. If it is not further discussions will need to be made. We regret that once the wallpaper has been cut we cannot accept any responsibility.

Care and Maintenance:

FABRICS
All of our fabrics are either; cotton/linen, cotton/canvas, cotton/voile OR cotton/jersey. When washing your product please use 30c. If washing cushion covers, wash them inside out. Do not tumble dry our fabric products and do not use bleach. Use scotch guard on our fabrics which have been used for upholstery.

WALLPAPER
Our wallpapers are all non-woven wall coverings. They all have a background printed behind the design, therefore all of our wallpaper is wipe-able and can be wiped down which a warm damp sponge, wipe vertically, gently and no rubbing.

Faulty Items and Damages:

All of Publisher Textiles products are hand screen printed and all produced within Australia (mainly by hand). An slight markings or any variations with any of our products is intentional. All of our items are very carefully checked before they are dispatched and they are all packaged with care.

N.B: Faulty or damaged items are subject to the same conditions as return and exchanges. If you receive a package that is visually damaged or opened insist that this noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will also then be required to do the same steps as with the returns.
