Lyrebird Wallpaper - Spiced Tea Cake
Hand drawn by Mark Cawood, this Australiana wallpaper depicts lyre birds framed by the ferns and branches of the Rainforest. This print takes its inspiration from an Indigenous dreaming story in which the Lyrebird is the peacemaker in the first great dispute between all the creatures. As a reward, the Spirits gave the Lyrebird the ability to be the only animal to communicate to all the other animals. Printed in warm autumnal tones as part of the C.M.G loves Publisher range, collaboration between Claire Granville and Publisher.
Our papers are handprinted to order using water-based, environmentally safe inks on a PVC-free, FSC-certified non-woven base. Each roll is hand trimmed and supplied ready to be hung.

Designed to be applied with the paste the wall method, installation of our wallpaper is an easy task for both professional hangers and home decorators alike, with a little help from our how-to-guides. For those doing the installation themselves we recommend using Roman strippable wallpaper adhesive for best results.
As our wallpaper is printed to order, slight variations in colour can occur between batches. Therefore, we recommend ordering all the rolls you'll need in one go.
Our lead time on wallpaper orders is approximately 2 weeks from your order date. Once we have received your order, we will be in touch to give you a more accurate production time.
All care is taken to have the photographs accurately represent the colours used, but colours can vary on different screens, we highly recommend ordering a sample to check the material, pattern scale and colour before placing your full order. Please note that there may be a slight colour variation between the full rolls ordered and the sample provided
